Warning! We may be a little biased because we live in Hope Island Resort (HIR) ourselves.

We promise to at least try to remain objective!

We picked waterfront living in HIR for many reasons including:

• resort facilities - clubhouse, tennis, golf, swimming pools and spa
• location - easy access to M1 for travel to Brisbane and other parts of the Gold Coast
• security - we wanted a gated community and secure living for our families

We fell in love with the way we can move around to the Hope Island Marina, Shopping Village and the Resort Clubhouse on our golf buggy using the pathways. And if you don't have a golf buggy you can always walk!

Our husbands fell in love with..... the resort GOLF course!

Even our kids get to learn to play golf in Hope Island at kids golf camps during the school holidays!

About Hope Island Resort

HIR is a 350 hectare site is built around the resort golf course called Hope Island Links. The luxury residential resort was designed with families in mind providing 24 hour security and peace of mind within the different gated communities. Residents can move about the resort using the sealed buggy trails.

Based around a boating and golf course lifestyle, each of the different precincts within the resort have a different style and feel. Some have are waterfront properties with a jetty for boats, whilst others have golf course frontage.

The main precincts or resort communities include:

• Gracemere Island - with large waterfront homes and park front homes with addresses including Gracemere Drive, Gracemere Circuit, Glengallon Way, Taromeo Court, Beaufort Way, Virginia Drive, Yanderra Close, Lanyon Way, Cressbrook Drive, Gowrie Way, Belmont Court, Carlton Close, Carlton Drive and Fernlea Close.
• Lugano – named after the swiss town with Italian speaking inhabitants. Here you will find lakeside and waterfront homes, park front houses and lakeside apartments based around Lake Lugano and including addresses Bolsena Circuit, Lugano Drive, Calardo Avenue, Lucerne Circuit and Garda Avenue.
• Magnolia Gardens - with large luxury golf frontage homes set around the HIR golf couse. Addresses include Magnolia Drive East, Magnolia Drive West and Magnolia Gardens Court.
• Riverleigh Gardens - with waterfront and golf course front luxury homes with addresses on Riverleigh Drive and Palladian Drive.
• Rosebank Gardens - is the north of Hope Island Shopping Village, with waterfront homes and apartments with addresses including Rosebank Way, Rosebank Way West, Riverdale Drive, Killymoon Drive and Beechwood Drive.
• Azzura Greens - is in the south-east corner of Hope Island with a combination of houses, apartments and holiday style resort accommodation. Addresses include: Activa Way and Springfield Drive.
• The Links – The newest area in HIR including golf frontage apartments based around The Links golf course.

HIR Facilities

Within the resort are parks, tennis courts and swimming pools as well as access to the Hope Island Marina and Shopping Village. Within the shopping village there are fresh food shops, a deli, boutiques, and a BiLo supermarket. There are cafes and restaurants including Boardwalk Tavern which often has bands for entertainment and Red Rock Waterfront Bar and Grill.

Some waterfront properties have jetties for smaller boats. Larger boats or yachts can be berthed in the marina which has direct Broadwater access without bridges.

Families can enjoy an ever increasing number of places to eat from the Golf Club facilities to the Marina Shopping village cafes and restaurants.
